HARRISONBURG VA: (Rocktown Now) – The chance for showers and thunderstorms will increase today, thanks to a slow moving cold front coming from the Ohio Valley into our area. Temperatures today will reach into the mid 80’s. By Friday, the front will be to our south and the associated frontal boundary will be over the valley, helping keep a chance for showers and thunderstorms in our forecast. Today should be the warmest day for a while with cooler levels tomorrow and Saturday.

Saturday brings cooler temperatures and dry weather. Sunday into next week may bring more showers and thunderstorms.
