James Madison at Liberty moved to a 3:30 p.m. kick off

NEW ORLEANS (JMU Athletics) – James Madison’s in-state matchup at Liberty on Saturday, Sept. 20 will kick off at 3:30 p.m. at Williams Stadium in Lynchburg and will be nationally televised on ESPNU, as announced by ESPN and both the Sun Belt Conference and Conference USA.

This will be the 19th meeting all-time between the Dukes and Flames, with JMU leading the series, 12-6. This is also the first time since 2014 that the teams have met and will be the first matchup with both teams competing in the Football Bowl Subdivision.

JMU is 6-2 all-time in Lynchburg, which includes a 27-24 win back on Sept. 17, 2011, in its last trip to LU.
