FOREST, Va. (EMU Athletics) – EMU Men’s Soccer senior goalkeeper Andrew Arledge has been named Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Defensive Player of the Week for the week ending Sunday, Aug. 31, per a release from the conference office on Tuesday afternoon.

Arledge, a senior from Fredericksburg, Va., put up back-to-back shutout performances in net to help secure a 2-0 start to the 2025 season for the Royals. Arledge tallied seven saves across the two matches, stopping five shots in EMU’s 2-0 win over Grove City on Friday, Aug. 29, followed by two saves in the 1-0 victory over Geneva (Pa.) on Saturday, Aug. 30.
