HARRISONBURG, VA (Rocktown Now) — The results are in for the Dual-Party Primary to nominate a Republican candidate for United States Senate and two Democratic candidates for Harrisonburg City Council.

Bert Mizusawa won the nomination by over 51% for the Republican candidacy and compete against Democrat incumbent Mark Warner on November 3rd.

Vice Mayor Dany Fleming and Councilmember Monica Robinson will be the two Democratic candidates for city council.

Fleming won by 34% and Robinson by 32%.
