FOREST, Va. (BC Athletics) – Bridgewater College women’s soccer players Laura Narby and Erinn Lockard earned the final ODAC Offensive and Defensive Player of the Week honors, respectively, after leading the Eagles to a 1-0 victory at No. 2 Washington and Lee.

Narby scored the game’s lone goal in the sixth minute, finishing off an assist from Lily Hewatt. She recorded four shots, including two on goal, as her early strike proved decisive.

Lockard made seven saves across 90 minutes to preserve the shutout. She turned away five shots in the first half and two in the second as Washington and Lee finished with 26 shots.

Bridgewater returns to action in a rematch of last week’s regular season finale versus top-seeded Washington and Lee in the ODAC Semifinals.
