HARRISONBURG VA: (Rocktown Now) – We’ll see a noticeable shift from relatively quiet weather today to a cooler and wetter pattern from Sunday through Wednesday, as a frontal system settles near the Mid-Atlantic, according to the National Weather Service.

Things become more unsettled Sunday as a frontal system stalls near the Mid-Atlantic. The stalled boundary will provide a focus for showers and thunderstorms and is expected to contribute to a cooling trend. Daily shower chances could persist through much of next week, with temperatures likely falling below normal.
