Teachers case goes to grand jury

A busy day for the Rockingham County Circuit Court grand jury, which will scheduled to hear several cases today.
One of those will be former Peak View Elementary School teacher Elizabeth Davis, who faces five felony charges after she was accused of locking several students in the bathroom as a form of punishment.
Also scheduled to face the grand jury today is Timothy Leach who is accused of shooting into an occupied vehicle in downtown Harrisonburg a year ago.
The Fayetteville, North Carolina, man faces three felony charges related to that incident.
