Charges have been filed against the man who Page County authorities say could be connected to a fatal shooting last week in Elkton.

Page County Sheriff Chad Cubbage released last night that 55-year-old Timothy Thomas Comer is now wanted on one felony charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

He remains a person if interest in the suspected homicide of 69-year-old Gregory Lee Williams, who was found dead of a gunshot wound on his Jollett Road property in Elkton last Thursday evening.

Sheriff Cubbage said anyone with information regarding Comer or his whereabouts is encouraged to contact local law enforcement, or the Page County Sheriff’s Office.
