HARRISONBURG, Va – It is two months in jail for the Harrisonburg man who touched a woman inappropriately at Hillandale Park.

According to online records, Eric Alexander Gonzalez Ordonez was sentenced to a year in prison during a hearing Tuesday morning in General District Court. However, a judge suspended 10 months of that sentence.

The 26-year-old Ordonez was convicted of sexual battery after he was accused of making unwanted sexual advances toward a victim in the park just before sundown on October 15th.

The victim said that when she refused, he touched her inappropriately and ran away. However, he was apprehended a short time later.

Ordonez will also spend a year on supervised probation upon his release.
