Signatures continue to mount on a petition to investigate the Child Protective Services office that placed three-year-old Khaleesi Cuthriell in the care of Candi Jo Royer.

As of last night, more than 22-hundred names were included on the document.

Organizer Brittany Strickland says that C-P-S should have never placed a child with someone who had a criminal record.

The group has now set up a meeting with Delegate Chris Runion to discuss the possibility.

A link to the Change.org petition can be found here.

Royer pleaded guilty to first-degree murder last month in connection with Khaleesi’s disappearance.
